I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

Often times, we seek to compartmentalize our lives, forgetting that all of the pieces – work, family, friends, nutrition, lifestyle, recreation – all fit together to create the whole picture of ourselves. Getting healthy requires an examination of our whole selves.
