Primary Program:

The basic 6 month individual program is the one where people get the best results. We go over all kinds of things: health history, foods, nutrition, exercise, and some basics like primary foods.  We look at career goals, relationship goals, and even touch on spiritual nutrition.  What I mean is we look at the whole YOU and we craft out a program that is bio-individual as in, customized just for you  No one is alike, no body reacts exactly the same to the same diet.


Short Form:

This 3 month program is an introduction to the longer program.  I work with people on foods and diet, help them turn things around, but it’s a condensed version of the 6 month program. We scratch the surface, start seeing great changes, but we don’t get the whole picture.
